  • Orders are typically processed and typically shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation. Some prints require custom work or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • Most orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day Shipping to mainland USA addresses.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the destination and shipping preferences selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Currently US$65 for most addresses (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other countries are calculated at the time of order.).
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

4. Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing for international orders.

5. International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to many countries around the world. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment online using the provided tracking number.

Return Policy

At Robert Bissell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original rolled condition, unused and undamaged, with packaging intact.
  • Artwork prints must be returned unframed, rolled, and in their original protective packaging.
  • Prints that have been framed, stretched are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@robertbissell.com to obtain a return authorization.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
